How does Wordle work?
Wordle is a daily wordtrace game where you have six attempts to guess the word of the day. Each guess is assessed based on the letters you used and their placement.
A letter in a green box means that you have guessed the right letter in the right place for the word of the day. A letter in a yellow box means that you have the right letter, but not at the right position for the right word. A gray box means that the letter does not exist in the word.
You can only play an instance of Wordle per day. So if you need alternatives to breastfeed this need for triggering games in browser games, look at our selected Wordle alternatives. These are rather aimed at certain fan base and at the same time maintain the addictive essence that has this game to offer. Hopefully the New York Times plays Cool and sends no TAKEDOWN messages to set these projects.
